2.2" Fossil Spleenwort (Asplenium) - Green River Formation, Utah

This is a fossil flora plate from the Green River Formation of Utah. It features a beautiful, 2.2" long spleenwort (Populus wilmattae) fossil with nice detail preservation.

While the Green River Formation is best known for its fish fossils from Wyoming, other areas produce incredible plant fossils.

Comes with an acrylic stand.
