Two Fossil Sycamore Seed Balls From Montana - Paleocene

This is an association of fossil Sycamore "seed balls" from the Fort Union Formation near Glendive, Montana. It's Paleocene in age or about 60 million years old. Sycamore trees produce spiky balls (fruit) full of seeds.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
