Two Detailed Fossil Leaves (Cyclocarya) - Montana
This plate features detailed fossil leaves of Cyclocarya hispida from the Fort Union Formation of Montana. They are from the Paleocene, or approximately 60 million years old.
There are some areas of restoration on the surface of the leaf where there was some flaking onto the negative. The larger leaf measures 1.75" long and the smaller is 1.07" long.
An acrylic display stand is included.
