3.7" Shale With Fossil Ginkgo Leaf Fragments - Baikal, Siberia

This is a small fossil plate containing Ginkgo leaf sections and what's likely pine needles, preserved on a red-pink rock. It comes from the Middle Cretaceous, Baikal Formation of Siberia. The leaf is a faint white-pink color and contrasts nicely against the rock.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
