Enrolled Stalk Eyed Trilobite - Asaphus kowalewskii

Here is a stalked eyed Asaphus kowalewskii trilobite which is enrolled into a defensive posture. Trilobites enrolled like modern day "pill bug" for defense. It has long stalk eye which would have helped it look above the soft mud of the ocean floor. There is some minor repair/restoration at the base of each eye stalk and a small patch of shell on the tail (2%)
