3.25" Pseudoasaphus Janischewskyi Trilobite - Russia
This is a 3.25" long example of the Middle Ordovician trilobite, Pseudoasaphus janischewskyi. It comes from the Vilpovitsy quarry near St. Petersburg, Russia and is nicely prepared. The back and one edge of the surrounding limestone have been cut flat for ease of display.
There is some restoration that goes from the tail to the head. About 20% through a diagonal crack in the shell.
