.58" Fossil True Bug (Hemiptera) and Beetle (Coleoptera) - France
This is a fossil true bug (Megalomerium serratum?) with a fossil beetle (order Coleoptera), collected from an Oligocene-aged shale deposit near Cereste in Southern France. It measures .58" long and has nice preservation detail. It comes with an acrylic display stand.
