4.4" Jurassic Coral Colony (Thamnasteria) Fossil - Germany

This is a fossil coral (Thamnasteria sp.) specimen that is Late Jurassic in age (~150 million years old) and was collected from the Nattheim Formation in Germany. The remaining rock on this specimen contains a variety of small marine organism fossil fragments, as well as a complete bivalve on what could be considered the underside of this specimen.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
