3.1" Eocene Fossil Leaf (Sophora) - Tennessee
This is a fossil leaf of Sophora wilcoxiana, collected from the Eocene age Wilcox Formation of Henry County, Tennessee. While there isn't much color variation between the rock and fossil, the venation preservation is detailed enough that the fossil is hard to miss.
