6.6" Polished Pink Kunzite Section - Western Australia

This is a beautiful pink section of spodumene (kunzite variety) that was collected from the Greenbushes Tin, Tantalite and Lithium Mine that's located roughly 155 miles south of Perth in Western Australia. It has been cut flat on one side and polished to a glossy finish on one side.

Kunzite is the pale pink variety of spodumene. Kunzite from this location occurs as granular inter-growths with quartz and alkali feldspar.
