7.3" Polished Pink Kunzite Section - Western Australia

This is a beautiful, 7.3" wide, pink section of spodumene (kunzite variety) that was collected from the Greenbushes Tin, Tantalite and Lithium Mine that's located roughly 155 miles south of Perth in Western Australia. It has been cut flat and polished to a glossy finish on one side. This specimen sits nicely on its side and also comes with an acrylic display stand for an aesthetic display.

Kunzite is the pale pink variety of spodumene. Kunzite from this location occurs as granular inter-growths with quartz and alkali feldspar.
