2.2" Polished Red Flower Marble Bison - India

This is a colorful piece of red flower marble from India that has been polished into an abstract bison shape. This specimen measures 2.2 inches long and had been polished to a glossy finish.

It stands up nicely on a flat surface.

There is very little information on the trade name "red flower marble". Under magnification, the white mineral appears to be silica based (quartz?) and the red mineral is a radiating crystal formation.
