Top Quality, 5.2" Bumpy Drotops Trilobite
This is top quality specimen of the large phacopid trilobite Drotops megalomanicus. One of the most striking features of this trilobites is the large schizochroal (multi-faceted) eyes which would have given it a nearly 360 degree field of vision. This specimen is extremely well prepared with clear eye facets, a beautiful, multi-toned shell coloration and only about 1% restoration along repaired cracks. They don't get much nicer than this.
