Perfect 3.5" Ogyginus Trilobite - Positive & Negative

Here is a large pos/neg specimen of a U.K. trilobite that’s getting very hard to find in this size and fine condition. Ogyginus cordensis is a large, smooth Asaphid trilobite and this specimen is about as good as they get - with more shell presevation than is typically presented. This fossil is a massive, (and heavy) all natural split pair - there has been no repair or restoration done to this specimen. Both the untrimed positive and negative slabs will be included. The trilobite is 3.25” in length, well inflated and shows excellent details. There are a few partial Ogyginus pieces on this very dramatic plate, as well.
