Long Spined Cyphaspis - Free Standing Spines!

This is an amazingly well prepared example of the scarce long spined Cyphaspis, Cyphaspis eberhardiei. Out of several species of Cyphaspis known from Morocco, this long spined one is one of the most hard to come by. The preparation work is simply outstanding with three long spines prepared free-standing. This is the best example of this species which I have seen.

There is no restoration on this trilobite.
