1.4" Rare Cyphaspis Eximia With Four "Horns"
This is a rare type of Cyphaspis collected near Ofaten, Morocco. The species (Cyphaspis eximia) has very long spines and four extending tubercles or spines on its glabella differentiate it from other, more common types of Cyphaspis. It is well prepared and by far the largest example of the species I have seen.
This type of Cyphaspis has been newly described as Cyphaspis eximia in the following paper.
