Large "Devil Horned" Cyphaspis Walteri Trilobite - 1.55"

Here is nice example of the Devonian trilobite Cyphaspis walteri sometimes referred to as the "Devil Horn" Cyphaspis for obvious reasons. Many times the preparators will prepare the spines free of the matrix but this adds significant amounts of time to the preparation, so a specimen like this is much cheaper due to the reduced preparation work and easier shipping.

There is no significant restoration on this specimen.
