Large, 19.5" Knightia Mass Mortality Plate - Wyoming

This is a beautiful mass mortality plate of Knightia fossil fish from the Green River Formation of Wyoming. It was collected this summer at Warfield's quarry near Kemmerer. There are 38 Knightia eocaena, the largest of which is 3.5" long. The entire plate is 19.5 x 12.5" and about 5/8" thick.
