Fossil Insect Cluster (Flies & Lacewings - Utah
This is an insect cluster from the Green River Formation, Uintah County, Utah. This specimen shows very nice reservation. It contains a Lacewing (Neuroptera), two Flies (Diptera) and three unidentified fossils.
While this formation is best known for well preserved fossil fish found in Wyoming, other sections of the formation contain a very diverse insect fauna.
Comes with an acrylic stand.
