This is a fossil Beetle (Coleoptera) and Fly (Diptera) cluster from the Green River Formation, Uintah County, Utah. This specimen contains five beetles one of which appears to be the larval stage, and two flies.
While this formation is best known for well preserved fossil fish found in Wyoming, other sections of the formation contain a very diverse insect fauna.
