6.1" Fossil Brittle Star (Ophiura) With Two Carpoids - Morocco
This is a huge 6.1" wide fossil brittle star (Ophiura sp.) associated a number of small carpoids from the Kataoua Formation of Morocco. It is Ordovician in age, approximately 450 million years old. There are also two small carpoids present on the rock.
