.51" Fossil Insect (Odonata) Larva - Bois d’Asson, France
This is a large, .51" wide insect (order Odonata) larva fossil, collected from the Oligocene-aged deposits of Bois d'Asson, France. It's fairly detailed, but the preservation is faint. A sealant has been placed on the shale where the insect is to help bring out the detail.
It comes with an acrylic display stand.
