4.5" Fossil Pecten (Scallops) Cluster - Gironde, France

This is a cluster containing two Early Miocene aged fossil pecten (Pecten scabrellus) and another bivalve shell from near Gironde, France. These elegant fossils are still partially embedded in the limestone in which they were found. This piece comes with an acrylic display stand.
