2.2" Insectivore Skull (Leptictis) - South Dakota

This is a really cool, 2.2" long fossil skull of Leptictis (Ictops) dakotensis from the White River Formation of South Dakota. Leptictis is an extinct Weasel-like insectivore that lived about 30 million years ago during the Middle Oligocene. The skull has one repaired crack through the middle but no restoration.
