15" Piece Of Polished Indonesian Amber - 19 lbs
This is a huge, 15" wide piece of amber collected from West Kalimantan, Indonesia. It weighs 19 lbs.
The amber has been polished to a glossy finish across the across most of the specimen. One edge is broken and in a rough state, but the piece displays nicely with the rough edge facing down. Under both short and long-wave UV, the amber fluoresces a vibrant blue-purple color, as well as reveals the waves/layers that formed during the deposition of the amber.
