1.6" Cyphaspis Walteri Trilobite - Rock Removed Under Shell

This is a 1.6" long, devil-horned Cyphaspis walteri trilobite that has been spectacularly prepared by removing nearly all of the rock underneath its shell. Preparing it this way requires a many extra hours and a lot of skill, but it allows the shell to glow if back-lit. It has about 2-3% shell restoration along a repaired crack.
