This is a 1.3" fossil seed fern (Neuropteris), from the Breathitt Formation, Leslie County, Kentucky. This is two pinnules (branch of leaflets) from the main stem of a fern. It comes from the Late Carboniferous, Pennsylvanian aged forests that formed the coal shales of Kentucky and Ohio.
Neuropteris is genus of seed fern, extinct species of fern that reproduced from seed as opposed to sporophyte reproduction of most modern ferns.
It comes with an acrylic display stand.
