9.9" Peach Colored, Druzy Quartz After Jasper - Artigas, Uruguay
This is a truly beautiful specimen of a new mineral find, collected from mines near Artigas, Uruguay. This mineral association is considered to be an aggregation of druzy quartz that formed over a botryoidal jasper formation. I haven't seen anything like it on the market, making this a unique and rare specimen. That being said, this is a newly discovered type of specimen, so details of its composition may change with time.
The entire specimen is 9.9" tall, 8.3" wide, and stands 12.8" tall on the included custom metal display stand.
