4.9" Muscovite Crystal Cluster - Brazil

Here is a beautiful cluster of muscovite crystals that were collected from Brazil. The specimen is just over 4.9" long and displays eye catching non-metallic luster. This specimen is accompanied with an acrylic display stand.

Muscovite is a phyllosilicate mineral of aluminium and potassium. It has a highly perfect basal cleavage yielding remarkably thin laminae which are often highly elastic.
