4.5" Tall, Colorful, Polished, Brecciated Jasper - Madagascar
This is a beautifully crafted polished free-standing sculpture made out of jasper from Madagascar. It features a host of brown and green earth tones, as well as occasional seams of white agate.
"Breccia" or "brecciated" is the term for rock that has been shattered by geologic forces and later cemented back together by means of percolation and solidification of mineral-rich solutions.
