This is a beautiful, 3" wide talamone sulfur crystal cluster, collected from the Giumentaro Mine in Sicily, Italy. "Talamone" sulfur is known to form as crystals with rough faces and/or as botryoidal masses, both of which are featured on this specimen. The color of talamone sulfur can range from deep yellow to orange-red.
