11.2" Polished, Free-standing, Green Dendritic Agate - Madagascar

This is an agate specimen from Madagascar which has been hand-polished from its original rough/natural state. This beautiful piece is 11.2" tall and has beautiful hues of green and brown agate, with white plumes of chalcedony/quartz peppered throughout both faces. There are small black/brown dendritic formations throughout the agate that are a result of intruding (percolating) mineral solutions that contained manganese and/or iron.

The base of this specimen has been cut flat.
