10" Polished Blue Agate with Cavity - Madagascar

This is an agate specimen from Madagascar which has been hand-polished from its original rough/natural state. This beautiful piece is 10" wide and has stunning hues of blue and white agate. What makes this agate specimen truly unique is the micro-quartz crystal encrusted cavity within the agate. The orange color can likely be attributed to the presence or iron oxide (hematite). The base is relatively flat, allowing for aesthetic presentation without the need for a display stand.
