1" Chatoyant Orange Confetti Stone (Oligoclase) - Tanzania
What we have here is an orange variety of oligoclase that goes by the name "confetti stone". It was collected from the Uluguru Mountains in the Morogoro Region of Tanzania. Portions of the specimen display an alluring chatoyance when tilted back and forth beneath a light source.
