1.65" Rutilated Quartz Crystal Cluster - Rutile Star
This is a beautiful rutilated quartz crystal cluster that was collected from Brazil. It measures 1.65" wide and contains a rutile star that formed from hematite. This is quite a stunning specimen!
Rutilated quartz is a form of quartz characterized by needle-like inclusions of rutile within the quartz crystal. These inclusions mostly look golden, but they also can look silver, copper red, or deep black.
