This 1.3" wide mineral association is comprised of blue nakauriite and hydromagnesite, collected from Eisleben, Germany. Nakauriite, named after the type locality at the Nakauri mine on Honshu Island, Japan, is a hydrous copper sulfate (questionable) carbonate with an unknown crystal structure.
