Whole Mammites Nodosoides Ammonite - 5.3"

Ammonites from the Early Turonian Stage (Upper Cretaceous) found North of Goulmima, Morocco are a new offering here on FossilEra. This is a whole and very solid Mammites nodosoides ammonite which is 5.3 inches wide and weighs just about 2 lb. This ammonite has distinctive raised bumps in several rows around it's surface.
