Well Preserved 5.1" Mioplosus Labracoides

This is a beautiful example of one of the more uncommon fish from the Green River Formation, Mioplosus labracoides. It is 5.1" in length and nicely centered on a 7.2x5.6 inch pieces of natural matrix. The specimen displays great preservation with highly detailed with the bone structure, vertebrae and fins.
