Weathered 2.2" Morocops Trilobite - Morocco

This is a 2.2" Morocops (Barrandeops) trilobite quarried near Foum Zguid, Morocco. It has great detail including the it's distinctively bumpy shell and eye facets. The hard limestone surrounding it has been removed leaving it displayed on a pedastal of matrix. The shell is fairly weathered resulting in the mottled orange/black/brown colorations.
