Very Well Preserved Lonchopteris Fern Fossil - Poland

This is a rare species (Lonchopteris conjugatai) of carboniferous seed fern from the Upper Silesia Coal Basin of Poland. It has excellent definition and is actually preserved fairly 3d on the 3x3 inch matrix. A copy of the scientific literature on this specimen will be included.
