Stunning 2.5" Phacops Trilobite - Mrakib, Morocco

This is a beautifully preserved phacopid trilobite collected near Mrakib, Morocco. The shell preservation is outstanding and just check out the eye facets in it's large eyes. The tail is tucked and there is some compression, but it's a stunning trilobite. These phacopids appear to be similar to Phacops araw but I believe they are a different species. No restoration.
