This is a partial phalanx (toe bone) of a dromaeosaur, possibly Acheroraptor, a small theropod dinosaur that is commonly referred to as a raptor. It's .98" long and comes from the Hell Creek Formation of Carter County, Montana. This specimen shows no signs of weathering.
