This is a well preserved manus (finger bone) of a dromaeosaur, possibly Acheroraptor, a small theropod dinosaur that is commonly referred to as a raptor. It's 1.4" long and comes from the Hell Creek Formation of Carter County, Montana. This specimen show some weathering.
