This is a serrated, .73" long fossil bull shark (Carcharhinus leucas) tooth collected from a unique and rare locality in the Cuanza Sul (Kwanza-Sul) Province of Angola, Africa. It comes from the Luanda Formations, making it Early Pliocene - Late Miocene in age.
