Rare Megistaspidella Triangularis - Superb Preparation
This is a superb example of a rare Lower Ordovician trilobite from Russia, Megistaspidella triangularis. The preservation and preparation is wonderful on this partially enrolled trilobite, with the long genal spines prepared free standing.
Like nearly all of the trilobites from these quarries there is some restoration but it is very minimal in this specimen. About 3%
