Rare, .42" Sauropod Dinosaur (Apatosaurus) Tooth Tip - Colorado
This is a .42" long tooth tip of the massive sauropod dinosaur, Apatosaurus. It was collected from our partner's private quarry in the Morrison Formation just outside of Dinosaur, Colorado. Apatosaurus teeth are quite rare compared to the more frequently-found Diplodocus teeth. The tooth hasn't undergone any repair, and has been exposed and stabilized within the rock it was found in.
