Rare, 2.75" Reptile (Champosaur) Limb Bone - Isle of Wight, England
This is a rare, 2.75" long limb bone of a Late Triassic-aged reptile, likely a champosaur of the species Pachystropheus rhaetica. It was collected from the Westbury Bone Beds of North Somerset, England. The bone is approximately 205 million years old. Comes with a riker mount display case.
There is a repaired crack through the middle of the bone which required some gap fill restoration.
