Priscacara & Knightia Fossil Fish Association
This is an association of two different types of fossil fish from the Eocene aged Green River Formation of Wyoming. They were collected from the famous "18 inch layer" of Warfield's Quarry near Kemmerer, WY. This layer is known for producing more dark colored specimens, but due to the fact they split out totally under the surface of the rock they require much more preparation time.
There is a 5.6" Priscacara and a large 6" Knightia located on the 12.6x10.3" slab of shale. Comes with a display stand.
