Peronopsis Mass Mortality - 20+ Trilobites
This is a mass mortality plate of more than 20 small agnostid trilobites of the species Peronopsis interstrictus. It was collected from the Wheeler Shale in Utah, making them 505 million years old. The plate is approximately 12x7 inches and the trilobites average around 1/4 inch long. Agnostids were an order of small, primarily blind trilobites that thrived during the Middle Cambrian period.
The plate comes with an acrylic display stand.
