This is a partial fossil Sycamore leaf (Platanus wyomingensis) from the Eocene aged, Green River Formation of Wyoming. There is also a second small leaf present on the shale.
It comes the Green River Formation and the area of Uintah County, Utah. This is the same formation that is famous for producing well preserved fish fossils, but a different member and location.
